Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Elegance Bikes. We are committed to delivering your high-performance luxury bicycles and components safely and efficiently. Below are the detailed terms and conditions of our shipping policy.

1. Order Handling Time

All orders require 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for processing, quality inspection, and production before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

2. Transit Time & Delivery Destinations

We ship our products internationally with trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

  • United States: Delivery takes 7 - 14 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that transit times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of your order.

3. Order Cut-off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $25 is applied to all orders below $300.
  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders of $300 and above.

5. Order Cancellations

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours of creation. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@elegancebikes.com with the subject line CANCEL. If the item has already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If you notice an error in your address, please notify us immediately via email at support@elegancebikes.com within 24 hours. We will do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched.

7. Damaged Items During Transit

We take extra care in packaging our elite products with protective padding. However, if your item arrives damaged due to carrier mistreatment, please contact us immediately at support@elegancebikes.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
